The SN2305 Three-Wheel Flexing Test Machine is designed to evaluate the mechanical strength and bending endurance of finished flexible cables.

Application and Principle:

 

The tester is used to assess the bending resistance and electrical reliability of finished flexible cables.
A 5-meter cable sample moves reciprocally over two pulleys within a 1-meter stroke, simulating repeated flexing stress.
During 1,000 reciprocating cycles (2,000 single strokes), the cable is continuously monitored to ensure:

No conductor breakage

No short circuit between conductors

No short circuit between the cable and pulleys
