System Overview

This Static Load Test Bench is designed and manufactured in accordance with international and industry standards for comprehensive mechanical load testing of electrical equipment enclosures.

Application Scope

Primarily used for mechanical load tests and related R&D tests of low-voltage metering boxes, prefabricated substations, and electrical equipment enclosures. Capable of performing mechanical performance tests on various types including metal metering boxes, non-metal metering boxes, and cable distribution boxes.

Equipment Structure

Semi-enclosed structure divided into horizontal loading section and vertical loading section. Each loading actuator moves freely within a plane with 3 degrees of freedom. Three actuators together provide moving loading across 8 degrees of freedom.

Crossbar height adjustable in stages via mounting holes. Base fixture slides forward, backward, left and right for specimen clamping. Equipped with rotatable specimen platform featuring stable and reliable fixation.

Apply static load of 8500N/m² to the top of enclosure via vertical manipulator, holding force for 5 minutes. Equipped with 500*200mm pressing plate; customized pressing plates available.
