This Static Load Test Bench is designed and manufactured in accordance with international and industry standards for comprehensive mechanical load testing of electrical equipment enclosures.
Primarily used for mechanical load tests and related R&D tests of low-voltage metering boxes, prefabricated substations, and electrical equipment enclosures. Capable of performing mechanical performance tests on various types including metal metering boxes, non-metal metering boxes, and cable distribution boxes.
Semi-enclosed structure divided into horizontal loading section and vertical loading section. Each loading actuator moves freely within a plane with 3 degrees of freedom. Three actuators together provide moving loading across 8 degrees of freedom.
Crossbar height adjustable in stages via mounting holes. Base fixture slides forward, backward, left and right for specimen clamping. Equipped with rotatable specimen platform featuring stable and reliable fixation.

Apply static load of 8500N/m² to the top of enclosure via vertical manipulator, holding force for 5 minutes. Equipped with 500*200mm pressing plate; customized pressing plates available.
Apply a load force of 60N sequentially to each side wall of the enclosure, at positions 20mm away from the edge of the side wall. Equipped with 3 pieces of 10mm test indenters.
Apply a force of 2*1000N via the left and right horizontal manipulators, with a force holding duration of 30 seconds. Supplied with angle iron: 60*60*5mm and square tubes in lengths of 800mm, 1000mm and 1400mm.
Apply a force of 50N (450N) or other specified load on the top edge of the door at a position 300mm away from the hinge, hold the force for 3 seconds or other required duration. Heightening fixture dimensions: 1100*120*120mm.
Apply the load specified in Table 102 to threaded metal inserts and sustain for 10 seconds; use universal lifting ring plus weight hook or flexible iron chain connection.
Apply various loads to front, rear top corners and side faces of the enclosure via left & right horizontal manipulators with specified holding durations. Equipped with pressing plates of 500*100mm and 1100*100mm.
