The IEC 60245-2 Flexible Cable Bending Test Machine is a professional testing system designed for evaluating the mechanical durability, flexing resistance, and bending strength of flexible cables and cords. The equipment fully complies with the requirements of IEC 60245-1, IEC 60245-2, IEC 60227-1, IEC 60227-2, and IEC 63294 standards.
The tester adopts an advanced PLC + Industrial PC control system, enabling automated operation, real-time monitoring, intelligent fault detection, data recording, report generation, and network connectivity. By switching between two-pulley and three-pulley fixtures, the equipment can perform comprehensive cable flexing tests for various cable structures and conductor configurations.

Suitable for testing:
The test specimen is a 5-meter-long finished flexible cable. During testing, the cable repeatedly moves back and forth through a pulley system within a 1-meter travel stroke, producing continuous bending stress.
