This load cabinet conforms to Standards of IEC 60669-1:2017 clause 18 and 19, IEC 60884-1 2013 clause 20 and 21, IEC 60950-1, IEC 60598-1, IEC61058-1 and so on
This device is used for household and similar purpose fixed electrical appliance switch, plug and socket, coupler for on-off ability, breaking capacity and normal operation life test.
The top of this apparatus is the operation control panel on which there are switches for controlling power supply, for the electric capacity conversion and for the load type conversion. There are also the displaying meters of connecting current and voltage as well as power, the buttons of start and stop, alarm, the status indicator light and so on. Below are the according knobs for output voltage adjustment, for current adjustment and for inductance adjustment. There are two stations, each station has the function of resistive, inductive and capacitive Load test. The kind of load test can be chosen by the transferring switch. The inside of load cabinet is cooled by the strong wind convection. There are terminals below the near cabinet through which the load cabinet can be connected with the switch and plug-socket endurance tester using the cables. During the process of test, the equipment outputs the current and voltage to test sample.

1 Due to the large capacity of this machine, a separate power connection is required, do not share a power supply with other equipment. It is best to connect a three-phase leakage protection switch with a current range of 63A to the machine.
2 This machine uses a single-phase AC220V/50Hz power supply with ground wire.
3 Because the voltage between the contacts of the sample can reach AC300V, and the maximum current is 42A, non-operators cannot touch the sample (switch) during test to prevent personal safety (electric shock). Before replacing the sample, please turn off the main power switch.
4 This machine generates a lot of heat, and there is a heat dissipation fan on the top of the load cabinet. Please do not place any debris so that the heat dissipation fan can dissipate heat.
5 When the counter reaches the preset number of tests, an alarm will sound to indicate that the test is complete. Press the "RST" button on the counter to clear the alarm.
