The test apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of UL817-2021 "Standard for safety: Cord Sets and Power-Supply Cords" 11.10.2, 11.10.3, 12.5, 18.2.4 and Figure 12.3 and Figure 12.4 and Figure 18.1.
