Premium VA-A 340 UV-B 313 Accelerated Aging Test Chambers
The UV weathering resistance test chamber is mainly used for artificial accelerated tests of plastics, coatings, and rubber materials under simulated environments of sunlight, rain, and dew. This equipment only takes a few days or a few weeks to reproduce the working conditions in the environment that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, or the aging of various parts and other laboratory damages, including fading, Color changes, loss of luster, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, blistering, embrittlement, strength reduction, oxidation. The test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

|Configuration||UV aging test chamber 1set imported UVA 8 light tube|
This testing machine uses imported fluorescent ultraviolet lamps as the light source, and conducts accelerated weather resistance tests on materials by simulating ultraviolet radiation in natural sunlight, night cooling, condensation, and rain, so as to obtain the results of material weather resistance. It can help you choose new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how to affect product durability
Standards & Clauses:
What's different between UV-A 340 and UV-B 313?
◆ The commonly used UV lamps mainly include UV-A 340 and UV-B 313.
◆ UV-A-340 is the best choice for simulating the ultraviolet rays of sunlight. It can perfectly simulate the sunlight spectrum in the critical short-wavelength range (closer to the solar spectrum), that is, the spectrum in the wavelength range of 295-360nm, UVA-340 only Produces a spectrum of UV wavelengths that can be found in sunlight.
◆UV-B-313 simulated sunlight ultraviolet aging intensity is greater than UV-A, and the damage intensity is much greater than UV-A. It is suitable for the maximum degree accelerated UV aging test, and it can quickly provide test results. The short-wavelength UV it uses is stronger than the UV light waves commonly found on the earth. Although these UV light, which is much shorter than the natural wavelength, can accelerate the test to the greatest extent, it can also cause inconsistency and actual degradation of certain materials.
