Product overview:

This temperature & humidity test chamber complies with IEC 60068-2-1, IEC 60068-2-2, IEC 60068-2-78 and Clause 15 of IEC 60335 -1 and other relevant standards.

It is designed to perform cold, heat, humidity and dryness tests on electronic components, electrical products, home appliances, plastic materials and other specimens. The testing verifies product reliability during storage and transit under alternating high/low temperature and humid conditions.

Structural Features

The unit features a fully enclosed chamber design with the following advantages:

  • Extra-wide temperature and humidity range to satisfy diverse testing requirements.
  • Adopts advanced balanced temperature & humidity control system, which delivers stable heating and humidifying performance. It maintains high accuracy and excellent stability for precise environmental simulation.
  • Auto-switchable refrigeration circuit: The system automatically activates the refrigeration loop based on set temperature values, enabling direct cooling even at high ambient temperatures. The cooling system is equipped with an imported hermetic compressor and air-cooled condenser unit.
  • A viewing window is fitted on the chamber door for real-time observation of test samples.

Chamber door

1. The single-piece door opens outwards, with the hinge on the left and the handle on the right (when facing the front of the box).

2. Equipped with a safety door locking mechanism (the door can be opened in the test room), the door is equipped with electric heat to prevent condensation, and the visible range of the insulating glass observation window (W400*H600mm). The door frame is equipped with an anti-condensation electric heating device.

Heating load adjustment

1. The automatic adjustment of the cold coal flow rate device is adopted to effectively take away the heating load of the product to be tested, which is synchronized with German/Japanese technology.

2. Compared with traditional designs, the control stability and reproducibility are higher, and it achieves ultra-high performance in terms of power saving and energy saving.

  5. The temperature program setting value is displayed in a graphical curve, with the function of real-time display of the program curve execution.
  6. Equipped with a separate program editing screen, at least 5 segments of temperature, humidity and time can be entered on each page.
  7. Chinese and English can be switched at will.
  8. The fault prompt screen is displayed.
  9. The screen backlight can be adjusted.
