IEC 60811 Cable Ozone Aging Climate Test Chamber

This ozone aging test chamber is required by IEC 60502 -1 clause 18.10, IEC 60811-403 (method A) and EN 50396 clause 8.1.3 (method B), EN/IEC 60811-512, IEC60840 clause 12.5.9, IEC 62067 clause 12.5.9, ASTM D1149, D1171, D3041 / ASTM D470, D1352, D1373, and etc.
It is used for rubber products such as rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation jacket and other products, under static tensile deformation, exposure to airtight enclosed atmosphere with constant ozone concentration and constant temperature chamber, the scheduled time the test sample, from the sample surface cracks or other changes in performance to assess the rubber resistance to ozone aging.

Chamber structure:
1. The chamber body is made of high-quality (t=1.2mm) A3 steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more smooth and beautiful;
2. The studio adopts high quality (SUS304) mirror stainless steel plate;
3. Insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 100mm;
4. Stirring system: adopt long-axis fan motor, high and low temperature resistant stainless steel multi-wing impeller, to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation;
5. A double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tensile sealing strip is used between the door and the chamber to ensure the tightness of the test area;
6. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels;
7. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass with a laminated conductive film on the inside;
9. Built-in 360-degree rotating sample holder (rotating speed 1 revolution per minute);
10. Install the rotating test sample rack in the working room (1 floor × 6).
Refrigerating system:
1. Compressor: fully enclosed French Tecumseh unit;
2. Refrigeration mode: stand-alone compression refrigeration;
3. Refrigerant: R404A, R23 (environmental friendly);
4. The pipelines of the whole system are tested for venting and pressurizing 48H
