Application:
It is used to test the rain proof performance and anti-seepage ability of the vehicles, and to check whether the vehicle window and sunroof are installed properly, whether the sealing performances are reliable, whether the installation methods are correct, to evaluate the rain proof performance of the whole vehicle.
Test Principle:
The rain area and the rain flow are controlled through the rain room, the conditions for detecting the rain are similar to the natural state outside, to confirm the water-tight state of the vehicle, and to improve the structure of the parts that may leak.
Structure:
The system consists of a rain room, a spray system, a water supply system, a water circulation system, a sewage system, an electronic control system, and movable spray plates.
Rain area: the surface of the vehicle window is sprayed under a certain rain intensity. A sewage treatment device is installed, the circulating water is sent to the sewage pool for filtration treatment, and then filtered again by the clear water tank to make it is recycled. The frame structure of the rain room is welded on site.
The reservoir and drainage system in the test room should be completed by client.
Use Environment:
Power supply: AC380V±5%, 50Hz, or meet with client's local power supply requirements.
Use place: temperature 15-35 ° C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86 ~ 106kpa (860 mbar -1060 mbar), the ground needs to be flat, with lighting, with waterproof leakage proof switch (or socket), the water intake and drainage conditions should be good
Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, water cleaning filter should be equipped
