AC Type 2 Charging Plug And DC CCS2 Charging Gun Comprehensive Testing System With Two Station

This test system is designed for functional inspection of AC Type 2 and DC CCS2 charging connector cable assemblies. Each charging connector can be assigned an independent QR code, and all test results are automatically saved into reports for traceability.

The system performs all required tests automatically in a single cycle, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor requirements. It is especially suitable for 100% inspection in mass production environments.

AC Type 2 and DC CCS2 Charging Gun Testing System
Main Specifications
1. Power supply input of the whole machine: Single-phase AC 220V / 50Hz
2. Air source input: 0.6 MPa
3. Control system: PLC + Industrial Computer
4. The computer can be connected to the MES system.
5. A barcode scanner is connected to the computer. The equipment is equipped with one barcode scanner, which can scan the barcode on the product to be tested.
6. Both test stations come with compact printers to auto-print test labels (serial no., rating, date/time, user info, status) only for passed tests. No printout for failed tests.
7. The open circuit, continuity, short circuit and wire sequence misalignment tests are scanned and detected through PLC inputs and outputs.
8. Continuity resistance test for main conductors: L1, L2, L3, N, PE, and CP.

Test Stations
2 test stations, independently tested. One station is configured with one AC Type 2 socket and one DC CCS2 socket; the other station is also configured with one AC Type 2 socket and one DC CCS2 socket. There are two AC Type 2 sockets and two DC CCS2 sockets in total.
The two workstations operate independently, but each workstation can only test one socket in one test run, and the other workstation can do the same simultaneously. The system supports testing with two guns at a time, with the following test combinations available:
  • Case 1: DC + DC
  • Case 2: AC + AC
  • Case 3: DC + AC
  • Case 4: AC + DC
