SN12601 is a precision aerosol particulate filtration efficiency (PFE) testing system built for filter media quality verification and lab compliance testing. It adopts cold aerosol generation technology to produce stable sodium chloride or oil-based aerosol particles, delivering repeatable, low-drift test results for meltblown nonwoven fabric, mask raw materials and air filter media.
The integrated design brings high-precision flow control, real-time temperature & humidity monitoring, intuitive touchscreen operation and built-in silent vacuum pump. Quick-release sample clamping structure supports fast specimen loading; automated testing workflow, automatic data logging and optional PC software connection are available for batch QC and certification lab archives.
This instrument is widely adopted by mask manufacturers, nonwoven factories, third-party testing laboratories and medical material quality control departments for routine PFE performance validation.
