The SN1401 Washing Machine Door Durability Test Equipment is purpose-built to satisfy IEC 60335-2-7:2016 Clause 18.101 — Household and similar electrical appliances — Safety — Part 2-7: Particular requirements for washing machines. This endurance tester evaluates the reliability of door and lid interlocking devices, verifies opening-closing force and mechanical endurance performance under repeated opening-closing cycles, and ensures safety compliance of household washing machines for certification testing.
The machine adopts a servo-motor drive with PLC intelligent touch-screen control, equipped with two independent test stations. A pneumatic clamping structure holds the door or lid firmly. A built-in force sensor realizes closed-loop force monitoring. Users can set test angle from 0–130°, opening-closing speed from 0–360°/s, cycle count up to 999,999 times, and supply rated test voltage of 0–250 V to the specimen interlock device during cycling tests.
Most general-purpose cycle testers only perform simple repeated swing motion without interlock live-voltage supply. The SN1401 is custom-optimized strictly for the IEC 60335-2-7 washing-machine interlock endurance requirement. It supports live-voltage power supply to the door lock during cycling tests, and the dual-station design greatly improves laboratory testing efficiency. Servo closed-loop control ensures repeatable opening-closing force and angle, and test data can be directly used for third-party certification reports.
Ideal for washing-machine manufacturers, household-appliance certification laboratories, and quality-control departments. Perform cyclic endurance tests for front-loader washing-machine doors, top-loader lids, tumble-dryer door interlocks, and latching components to validate interlocking-device reliability and meet IEC 60335-2-7 safety compliance.
