Product Overview

The Toilet Seat Cover Mechanical Strength & Durability Test Machine is a multi-function laboratory testing system developed for evaluating the mechanical strength, durability and operating performance of toilet seats and toilet seat covers.

Designed with reference to IEC 60335-2-84, Clauses 21.103.1 and 21.103.2, the system reproduces repeated opening, closing, loading, impact and side-force conditions that may occur during normal use.

Unlike a single-purpose toilet seat tester, the SN1901 combines multiple mechanical endurance tests into one integrated platform. Its servo motor-driven mechanism, pneumatic loading system, adjustable force angle and programmable test cycles allow laboratories and manufacturers to perform repeatable and controlled testing.
