Equipment Principle & Structure
Working Principle
The airflow generated by the test sample passes through a sealed pipe, where wind speed is directly measured by the anemometer installed in the pipe. The anemometer captures real-time airflow velocity and records data for comprehensive analysis.
Equipment Structure
The system consists of four main components:
  • Sample mounting bracket
  • Sealing adapter
  • Airflow pipe
  • Wind speed acquisition unit (anemometer)

  • Support frame ensures horizontal alignment during testing
  • Testo impeller-type wind speed sensor with Φ100mm aluminum impeller
Test Procedure
  • Connect anemometer to pipe and ensure all interfaces are properly sealed
  • Install test sample with appropriate sealing adapter
  • Fix sample on mounting bracket and connect to pipe
  • Seal joints using dedicated sealing tape
  • Power on anemometer followed by test sample power supply
  • Monitor wind speed in real time
