Two Station Washing Machine Door Durability Tester IEC60335-2-4
Product Information:
The washing machine door durability tester complies with IEC60335-2-11:2008 Clause 20.101, IEC60335-2-7:2016 Clauses 18 and 22.104, and IEC60335-2-4:2017 Clause 18.
It’s Used for durability and life testing of the interlock device on washing machine covers or doors, and for pull force testing during interlock engagement to verify device reliability. Also supports repeated door open/close actions in other tests.
Specimen and Limitations:
Applicable to electric drum dryers, electric washing machines (including impeller-type and drum-type, single-phase ≤250V, others ≤480V), and spin extractors (load capacity ≤10kg, drum linear speed ≤50m/s, single-phase ≤250V, others ≤480V).
Product Parameters
Test Stations | 2 stations, independently testing drum washing machines and top-loading impeller washing machines |
Control Method | PLC intelligent integrated control with 7-inch human-machine touch interface |
Drive Mode | Servo motor |
Clamping Method | Pneumatic vacuum suction cup |
Opening/Closing Speed | 0–360°/s (1.5 m/s), presettable |
Opening/Closing Angle | 0–130°, presettable |
Test Cycles | 0–999999 times, presettable |
Door Force Range | 0–200N, presettable (only applicable to pull force test during interlock engagement) |
Load Voltage | 0–250V, adjustable |
Auxiliary Mechanism | Washing machine start press cylinder (customizable) |
Overall Dimensions | Approx. 2500 × 1300 × 1300 mm (W × D × H) |
Weight | 180 kg |
Test Principle:
The programmed control system energizes/de-energizes the interlock device. A motor-driven mechanical arm moves the door or lid (held by a vacuum suction cup) in a reciprocating motion at a set speed, testing the reliability of the interlock mechanism. A force sensor on the mechanical arm, paired with a servo motor, provides closed-loop control for precise door-closing force.
Equipment Structure:
The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet (with load voltage regulator), a frame, and a mechanical arm mounted on the frame. Drum washers and top-loading impeller washers are placed on two separate frames for independent testing.
