Application:
Used to test the flexing endurance of the power supply flexible cord at the point where it enters the appliance, verifying its reliability.
Test Principle:
The motor drives the rotary disc to rotate, applying a load to the flexible cord and supplying the rated voltage. The sample is flex left and right at a set rate and angle until the preset number of cycles is reached or the flexible cord breaks, at which point the machine automatically stops.
Structure:
Driven by a servo motor, with a large-size aluminum mounting disc for test samples. The design ensures that the oscillation axis aligns as closely as possible with the cord entry point, minimizing lateral displacement of the cord and load.
