The structure should ensure that any electrical or mechanical failures in normal use will not cause danger. Verify by plugging test.
Short-circuit the two conductive pins of the cordless electric iron, cordless kettle, cordless coffee maker, and cordless blender. The external load provides 1.1 times the rated current under the rated voltage, and then the motor drives the lifting mechanism to perform a certain number of plug life tests on the base at a rate of 10 times/min. The sample shall be subjected to a certain number of plug-in tests without power on. The device can be connected with an external load or an optional built-in load. The number of tests can be preset (up to 999999 times), and the number of tests and the number of conductions will be automatically recorded during operation. When the preset number is reached, the device will automatically stop.
