IEC 62552 Customized Stations Automatic Drawer Push And Pull Testing Machine
Drawer push-pull testing machine is designed and manufactured according to IEC62552: 2015 and customized requirements. It is used for the durability test of the drawer of the vertical freezer, and also used to cooperate with the energy efficiency performance test of the refrigerator to open and close the door. It is a dedicated fully automated testing equipment, suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories and other testing departments.

Equipment principle: Drive the manipulator through the air cylinder, pull the soft rope to drive the drawer closed by the suction cup to the maximum limit, then the air cylinder pushes the pressing wheel to close the drawer, and each pull and push of the drawer is a cycle.
Test machine structure: as shown in the figure below, the overall frame structure is adopted, and the sample is placed on the bottom plate of the equipment, so that the relative motion is internal stress and the shaking of the equipment is reduced. A column-type structure is installed on the bottom plate, and the column contains 3 sets of drawer push-pull mechanisms, as shown in Figure 1 below, which can meet the test up to 3 drawers.
