IEC62552 Automatic Refrigerator Door Open And Close Testing Machine

 

Standard:

Fully automatic refrigerator door open and close testing machine is designed and manufactured according to IEC62552:2015 and customer-specific requirements. It is used for the vertical door durability test of vertical freezers, and is also used in conjunction with refrigerator energy efficiency performance tests. Door opening and closing action is a dedicated fully automated testing equipment, suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories and other testing departments.

This equipment adopts mature PLC intelligent control, is equipped with a position-adjustable action actuator, and a suction cup structure to adsorb the surface of the refrigerator. At the same time, it is equipped with a colour LCD touch screen as standard, which can pre-set the test angle, speed, and door opening and closing time, so as to truly simulate manual opening and closing. The refrigerator door has an intelligent control method, and one machine can be used for multiple purposes.

Purpose, principle and structure of apparatus
  1. Door opening action: Drive the mechanical arm through the servo motor, pull the soft rope to drive the door sucked by the suction cup to open in a controlled manner from 0° to 5~15°, and then the free movement process of the door to reach the required angle.
  2. Door closing action: The mechanical arm is driven by the servo motor, so that the pressing wheel pushes the door to close from 45° to 40~35° in a controlled manner, followed by the free movement of the door until it is closed.
  3. Each door opening and closing action is one cycle.
  4. 50N door swing action: First, the refrigerator door is opened to 90° (mechanical limit is set on the inside of the refrigerator door), the suction cup is adsorbed on the outer layer of the refrigerator farthest from the hinge, and one end of the suction cup is connected with the weight by the wire rope, and the weight is lifted through the cylinder. In this way, a force of 50N is applied to the door, so that the door is forced to swing from 90° to the maximum angle. Then use the door swing arm to return the door to the 90° limit, and repeat the impact 10,000 times.
  5. Test machine structure: As shown in the figure below, the overall frame structure is adopted, and the sample is placed on the bottom plate of the equipment, so that the relative movement is internal stress and the equipment shaking is reduced. There are two left and right column structures installed on the bottom plate, each column contains 2 sets of door opening and closing mechanisms as shown in Figure 1, which can meet the test of up to four refrigerators; the sample is as shown in Figure 2.
