System overview:

 

The vacuum cleaner performance test bench is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60312-1 IEC:2010+A1:2011(E) clause 7.3 and 7.3.7.3 and other regulations and requirements. Special test equipment for vacuum cleaner air data.

The main test parameters are the vacuum cleaner's voltage (U), current (I), input power (P1), power factor (with AC, without DC), suction power (P2), air volume (Q), vacuum (H) and efficiency (N).

 

The test system uses the electrical parameter meter to test the electrical performance parameters of the vacuum cleaner (using digital synchronous sampling technology to accurately measure voltage, current, power, and true effective value of power factor parameters). Flow rate and vacuum degree sensor and secondary instrument form test system and output parameters (suction power, flow rate, vacuum degree) and efficiency. Equipped with a PC computer and a control system to automatically test the data parameters of each orifice plate of the vacuum cleaner, all test data can be drawn into curves and queried, and reports, curves, and test reports can be saved and printed.

4. According to the requirements of European standard B, the test method of European standard B type is the orifice plate type, and the opening size of the orifice plate is controlled in millimeters (50, 40, 30, 23, 19, 16, 13, 10, 6.5, 0, total 10 points are collected).

5. Pressure equalization box: European standard B size and material are designed and manufactured according to the standard IEC 60312 (B type).

6. AC test power supply: use voltage regulation or variable frequency power supply (prepared by user), voltage 0-300V, current and power should be matched according to specific requirements (prepared by user).

7. DC test power supply: Regulated DC power supply 0-50V, current 0-30A (prepared by user).
