Cordless Kettle Dry Heating Boiling Insertion Withdrawn Automatic Testing Machine
Overview:
This integrated test equipment confirms to IEC60335-2-15 clause 19.3, 19.101, 19.102 and clause 22.103 standard requirements. It is used for the kettles’ dry heating test, water boiling test and insertion & withdraw with or without current test, it can be widely used in production line detection and laboratory measurement.
It aims at eliminating the fire dangerous caused by the designing of the electric circuit in abnormal work or wrong operation, so as to avoid mechanical properties damages due to electrical safety or anti-shock protection is damaged.
Testing Functions:
A. Water boiling test under constant voltage at 0.85 and 1.24 times rated power.
B. The water boiling test when the water injection is over heating elements (inside the kettle) or 10mm deep (the heating element is outside of the kettle).
C. The drying heating test (no water test, thermal circuit breaker does not work, short circuit) under constant voltage of 0.85 and 1.15 times rated power, with 2 reset circuit breakers, one of which is short circuit.
D. Drying test by 0.85 or 1.15 times rated power, inject water of 15±5°C for water cooling when the circuit breaker works within 2s. The water inside of the kettle is poured out after 1min, this test will be carried out for 100 times.
E. The pin of the cordless kettle is in series connection, external resistive load is in series connection with power supply, the circuit will generate times rated current under rated voltage, the kettle will do the insertion & withdraw test by a speed of 10 times/min, process load test for 10000 times, non-load test for 10000 times, the kettle can be in normal use after test. The purpose is to verify the electrical and mechanical damages to the structure of the kettle base which are generated during normal use will not cause dangerous.
