This test equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirements of IEC 60898-1 clause 9.10, IEC 60947-1 clause 7.2.1, and other relevant standards.
It is built to verify that circuit breakers comply with the applicable requirements by applying 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current, and checking whether the breaker trips within the specified time. The equipment can also test the instantaneous tripping characteristics of the circuit breaker by applying 3 to 10 times the rated current to determine whether it trips within the required time.
It is suitable for online testing of molded case circuit breakers and miniature circuit breakers before leaving the factory, and is essential equipment for electrical performance testing in circuit breaker manufacturing.

This test equipment adopts the principle of low-voltage, high-current output. It uses the large current inside the machine to isolate the output current of the transformer. The current magnitude is set via the touch screen, and the constant current source adjusts the output current of the transformer, providing automatic current stabilization.
The test time is set through the touch screen display, and the measured trip time is compared to judge the quality of the circuit breaker.
