Product Description
Product Overview

The IEC 60898-1 Clause 9.11 Circuit Breaker Mechanical and Electrical Life Tester is designed to verify the endurance performance of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) and residual current devices. The equipment conforms to the standard requirements of IEC 60898-1:2015 clause 9.11, IEC 61008-1 / IEC 61009-1 clause 9.10, and related specifications.

It is primarily used to test the mechanical and electrical endurance of miniature circuit breakers. An independent control system consisting of a PLC and touch screen is adopted to realize automatic control of the test samples. Full-automatic control technology is applied during testing, enabling statistics and summarization of test cycles, with both closing time and opening time fully configurable.

IEC 60898-1 Clause 9.11 Circuit Breaker Mechanical And Electrical Life Tester Endurance Test

Device Composition

The cabinet is fabricated by welding high-quality sheet metal and square tubes, with a sheet metal enamel finish for encapsulation. A touch screen and programmable logic controller (PLC) serve as the main control unit, while an electric cylinder acts as the driving power to perform closing and opening operations on the circuit breaker. The driving speed is adjustable for circuit breakers with automatic closing and opening functions.
