Standard: Conforms to RTCA DO-160F Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment Section 26 Fire, Flammability.

 

Samples and restrictions: Avionics Class W.

 

Test purpose: To check whether W-type avionics equipment can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a dripping environment. The purpose is to verify the protective performance of the product shell when dripping.

 

Test principle: The dripping is ensured to meet the standard requirement of 140L/m2/h by controlling the water supply flow. The test equipment can generate uniform water flow on the entire surface of the sample shell.

Power supply: AC220V±5%/50Hz

Use environment: temperature 15-35°C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86~106kpa (860mbar-1060mbar), flat ground, lighting, waterproof leakage switch (or socket), good water inlet and drainage functions

Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, equipped with water cleaning and filtering device
