Application: Test the performance of electronic and electrical products, automobile and motorcycle parts, seals and lamps in use, storage and transportation in sandy and dusty environments. The purpose is to determine the possible harmful effects of particles carried by airflow on the products.
Test principle: Design a conical funnel with a dust collection port at the bottom. Install a high-pressure turbine circulating fan suction port at the dust extraction port (bottom) to send the extracted dust to the top of the inner chamber and scatter it freely from top to bottom through the top of the chamber. Repeatedly, the test can be used to simulate open sand and dust air environmental conditions induced by the natural environment or man-made disturbances such as vehicle movement.
Structure and features:
This machine adopts a closed chamber structure, suspended human-machine interface operation, a large visual window, and the test circulates inside the chamber. The inner chamber adopts a mirror panel and a special air duct design to ensure that the chamber produces laminar airflow of standard concentration, and is equipped with a negative pressure vacuum device. The main structure includes a pre-treatment chamber, a test chamber, a dust suction port, a dust collection chamber, a circulating dust blowing device, a vacuum system, a dust storage tank, a flow valve, a heating system, a reverse flow blade, and a protective plug.
