Equipment Overview
Application Background: The destruction of products and materials by natural water (rain, sea, river, etc.) causes an incalculable economic loss every year. The damages caused mainly include corrosion, fading, deformation, strength drop, expansion, mildew, etc., especially electrical products are easily broken into fires due to short circuits caused by rain. Therefore, enclosure protection water testing for specific products or materials is an essential and critical process.
General application areas: outdoor lighting, household appliances, auto parts and other electronic and electrical products.
Equipment function: The main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electric cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components under simulated climatic conditions. After the test, judge whether the performance of the product meets the requirements by the verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.
Standard: IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2:2013 <Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)> IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 test, figures 4 and figure 6.
Equipment Features
1.Suitable for product IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 waterproof rating test.
2. The outer casing is made of domestic high-quality steel plate, and the surface is painted with baking varnish, which is beautiful and durable.
3.The inner chamber and turntable are all made of SUS304# stainless steel plate to ensure long-term use without rust.
4. There is a transparent observation window on the door, and LED lighting inside of the chamber, easy for operator to observe the internal test.
5. IPX34: Configured R200mm and R400mm oscillating tubes according to the specifications of IEC60529 figure 4 (as shown below)
6. IPX56: Configured a spray nozzle according to the specifications of IEC60529 figure 6 (as shown below):
