IEC 62196 80A Load Cabinet for Switches Plugs and Sockets Breaking Capacity Test

This load cabinet conforms to IEC 62196-1:2020 clause 22. It is used to process breaking capacity test for plug, socket, switch, connector, relay and other parts. The load cabinet has single-phase power output and single-phase load input, and the load can be divided into resistive, inductive or capacitive loads.
Application:
Used to provide adjustable load voltage, current and power factor during mechanical-electrical contact system test. it is suitable for breaking capacity and normal operation endurance test of switches, plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar fixed electrical installations, and electrical stress test for luminaries and other similar tests. This series of resistive, inductive, capacitive load cabinets should work with Sinuo's plug, socket and switch endurance test equipment.

Test Principle:
The output voltage, output current and power factor can be adjusted through the circuit combination.
Structure:
The load cabinet uses an integral steel structure frame and a Toyota white seal plate. The control panel is in the upper part of the equipment, there are external power supply switch, ammeter, voltmeter and power meter, power display instrument, load power supply switch, status indicators, start and stop buttons, capacitance switch, load type switch and alarm on the control panel. The voltage, current and power factor regulators are on the lower part of the equipment. Each load station has a three-in-one function of resistive, inductive and capacitive (fluorescent) load, which can be switched by a transfer switch. The interior of the load cabinet is cooled by strong wind convection. There are terminals at the bottom of the back of the load cabinet, which can be connected to the switch plug socket-out normal operation endurance test equipment through the cables to output current, voltage and power during the breaking capacity testing.
