This device is used for electric blankets, electric heating pads and other similar flexible heating appliances for heating the bed or the human body, it is used to test the flame resistance of the electric blankets, electric heating pads and other similar flexible heating appliances for heating beds or human bodies, and to verify whether the charged body arc flash causes overheating or burning of the test sample.

1. The spark ignition test device consists of a control box (including 10KV power), heating chamber (optional) and bracket.

3. Control Chamber:

In the natural ventilation heating box, adjust the temperature to 65°C±2°C for 3h, and place the sample on the electrode of the support frame made according to the standard as shown in the figure below (the distance between the fixed electrode and the adjustable electrode is 6.0mm± 0.01mm, it can be adjusted by adjustable electrode), apply a sinusoidal rated voltage of 10kV to both ends of the electrode, and connect an adjustable non-inductive resistor in series, so that the short circuit is 1mA, and the output voltage will not decrease by 100V, the power-on time is 2min , Record the time from the start of power-on to the spark reaching the inner edge of the template, take the average according to the standard requirements and judge whether it is qualified or not.
