The test bench uses PLC intelligent central integrated control, touch screen display and operation. It is driven by a servo motor to apply a certain force value to the top of the sample for a certain period of time according to standard requirements to verify its mechanical strength. The number of reciprocations can be preset. Parameters such as test force value, constant force time, and number of tests can be set through the touch screen interface. Pressure is automatically applied on the top to match specimens of various specifications, and the test process can be fully automated.
