The Intelligent UV Weatherproof Accelerated Aging Test Chamber is applicable widely in coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, rubber, printing and packaging, aluminum profiles, adhesives, automobiles, motorcycle industries, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, medicine, etc.
Equipment structure: Parallelly install 8 lamps in a stainless steel chamber to stimulate the ultraviolet light. The temperature of the inner chamber is raised by the humidification system to simulate the humid environment, and then the spray system is used to simulate the rain. According to the programmed setting to make the three different environments cycle alternately.
The UV Weatherproof Test Chamber is designed and manufactured according ton the standard requirements of ISO 4892-82, ASTM G 154, ISO 4892-3; ISO 11507; ASTMD 4329, and etc., which can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rain, and dew. Adopt fluorescent UV lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, use condensed moisture to simulate rain and dew, and place the tested material at a certain temperature to alternate between light and moisture test in the loop program. The test chamber takes few days or few months, which can reproduce hazards that occur outdoors. Hazard types include: fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, turbidity, bubbles, embrittlement, strength loss, and oxidation. The UV test data can help to select new materials and evaluate how changes in formulation affect the durability of new products.

|Lighting cycles of each condensation||
The cycle of each condensation of illumination can be selected from two cycles:
One is 4H illumination and 4H condensation; and the other is 8H illumination and 4H condensation.
After the first illumination of 400-450H, each row of lamps needs to be replaced with a fluorescent lamp, and the other lamps shall compensate for the loss caused by the aging of the lamps according to the lamp cycle and replacement method. This operating mode ensures that the lifespan of each lamp is 1600-1800H.
