Product Information:

The Compound Salt Spray Test Equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirement of IEC60068-2-11, it is required by IEC 62368-1:2018 clause Y.3,  ASTM-B117, GJB150, DIN50021-75, ISO3768, ISO3769, ISO3770, CNS 3627, CNS 3885, CNS 4159, CNS 7669, CNS 8866, JISD-0201, H-8502, H-8610, K-5400, Z-2371, etc.

The test chamber is the closest to the actual natural conditions in the accelerated corrosion test. It is simulated by the conditions encountered in the natural environment: such as salt spray, hot air drying (optional), humidity, low temperature, etc., and can be combined in any order in the cyclical test. The main test items are tested in a drastically changing environment, such as: auto parts, aviation equipment, building materials, coating films, electrical equipment, etc.

 

Working Principle:

(1) Salt spray system

The salt spray system consists of a solvent tank, a variable-speed magnetic pump, a pneumatic system, a water tank, a spray tower, nozzles, etc. The pump removes the water from the storage bucket into the test room, the heating tube works to provide the required humidity and temperature in the chamber, and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air through spraying. The spray tower is detachable for easy disassembly and washing. In the salt spray state, when the low water level switch of the water tank detects the low water level, the water tank heater is turned off and the spraying stops. The water level device automatically fills water by turning on the water injection solenoid valve until the high-water level switch detects the high-water level. When the water injection solenoid valve stops, the heating pipe starts to work. When the program meets the requirements, it will spray automatically.

(2) Drying system

The drying system consists of a blower, air heater, diffuser, pipes, etc. Under the drying function, the blower enters the indoor air into the box through the air heater, thus creating a low humidity environment in the chamber. The temperature of the cabinet is controlled by a humidifier and an air heater. The blower with large air volume can also change the temperature very quickly, so as to realize the fast circulation function. At the same time, when the temperature reaches the requirements, if the humidity difference is large, the humidifier will also output part of the power to compensate for the humidity in the chamber.

(3) Humidity system

The humidity system is composed of steam generator, blast, water circuit, condensing device, etc. Under the humidity function, by evaporating hot water into the tank, the tank body maintains the relative humidity. It can also keep the proper temperature in the chamber through the combination of the heater of the steam generator and the refrigeration of the compressor. When the temperature reaches the set requirement, if the humidity is too high, the condenser will reduce the humidity. On the contrary, if the humidity is too low, the humidifier will output part of the power to adjust the humidity in the chamber.
