Structure Introduction

The material of the inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel thin mirror panel, the surface is smooth and bright. The insulation material is made of high-density ultra-fine glass wool. The air conditioning system and air rotation of the test chamber are completed by a multi-wing centrifugal fan. The regulator includes a heater, an evaporator, and the state of the test chamber is detected by a temperature sensor and fed back to the temperature controller. The rear of the studio is equipped with a blast duct, which is equipped with heaters, refrigeration evaporators and other components. It is equipped with a pair of blast systems to blow the hot and cold air from the duct into the studio to ensure the temperature requirements of the studio.

 

Temperature and humidity controller: The temperature and humidity controller is installed on the control panel of the device, the heater is controlled by the temperature sensor and humidity sensor to detect the air condition of the chamber, which makes the heating heat of the system equal to the loss. This test chamber uses PID balance temperature control system to control the temperature in the chamber.
