This water cooling xenon weathering test chamber is designed according to ISO10SB02/B04, ASTMG155, ect. It is required by various standards requirements such as IEC 62368-1:2018 clause Y.2 and Annex C, etc. It is with imported Q-LAB water-cooled xenon-arc lamp, spectral irradiance 0.3W/m2～1.1 W/m2 (@340nm), together with other imported high quality components, the chamber’s quality is much higher than other versions of xenon weathering test chambers in the markets.
Weathering test is an important part of product quality inspection. Application materials such as paints, plastics, aluminum-plastic panels, and automotive safety glass products require weatherability tests.
The main factors that cause the material to age are sunlight and humidity. Weatherproof test chamber can simulate hazards caused by sunlight, rain and dew. Weatherproof test chamber uses a xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, condensation moisture is used to simulate rain and dew, and the material to be tested is placed in a cycle of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature. The test can be performed in days or weeks. Reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, transform existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulations affect product durability.
