The water supply test is provided by normal temperature tap water heating and cooling; The water is pressed into the water supply pipe by the water pump, and then divided into two groups to supply two test stations in the test room to supply the sample test. The test water is not recycled; the whole system consists of three parts: the water supply room, the test room and the control cabinet. The test room is separated from the heat preservation library board, the ground is provided with a drainage ditch, and the control cabinet is located outdoors, and the indoor condition can be observed through the glass window.
The system requires two sets of control modes of PLC+ industrial computer. The PLC programmable controller is the lower computer, which is responsible for the execution of system control commands, computer data reading, test data acquisition and other functions. The computer is the host computer data setting and command transmission. Generate data curve, data collection, process preservation and test report generation; System should have compressor overheating, overcurrent, overpressure protection, adjustable over temperature alarm, fan motor overheat protection, anti-dry protection, water shortage protection, overflow Safety protection measures such as flow protection, power phase sequence and phase loss protection, leakage protection, overload and short circuit protection.
