The Adult Arm Test Fixture is a dedicated reach-access test tool engineered to replicate the dimension and joint movement of an adult human arm for safety assessment of handheld garden power tools.

Generic low-cost arm fixtures often suffer from loose joint tolerance and dimension drift after repeated insertion tests, leading to inconsistent and unreliable test outcomes. Our adult arm test fixture strictly reproduces the geometry defined in IEC 62841-4-6:2022 Figure 105.
