The Sinuo SN1115C Standardized Cookware Test Pot is specially designed for laboratory testing of induction cookers and other electromagnetic cooking appliances in accordance with the dimensional and construction requirements of EN 60350-2:2018.
Unlike ordinary commercial cookware, this test pot is manufactured with controlled materials, bottom thickness, lid geometry, hole arrangement and dimensional tolerances to provide a repeatable test load for energy efficiency and performance evaluation.
The standardized cookware consists of a precision stainless-steel cooking vessel, an aluminum test lid and a central temperature-sensor fixture. Multiple cookware sizes are available to correspond with different induction cooking-zone categories.
This makes it suitable for induction cooker manufacturers, appliance testing laboratories, energy-efficiency laboratories, certification organizations and R&D departments requiring standardized test cookware for comparative and repeatable measurements.

The cookware configuration is developed around the standardized cookware requirements specified in EN 60350-2:2018, making it suitable for standardized testing of electromagnetic cooking appliances.
The cookware bottom uses 1.4016 stainless steel, while the side wall is manufactured from 1.4301 stainless steel. The controlled material selection and dimensional structure help maintain consistent thermal characteristics during laboratory testing.
A dedicated fixture is positioned at the center of the cookware lid to accommodate the temperature sensor. This arrangement supports temperature measurement during induction heating and helps laboratories establish repeatable test conditions.
The lid is manufactured from aluminum with evenly distributed sensor/opening holes around the specified hole circle. Different cookware sizes use corresponding hole-circle diameters and hole quantities according to the standardized configuration.
The SN1115C series covers cookware bottom diameters from 120 mm to 330 mm, allowing the test setup to accommodate different induction cooking-zone size categories.
