Advanced Impact Strength Tester for Top-Loading Washing Machines
Product information:
This device is Used to test the impact resistance mechanical strength of the top lids of appliances such as centrifugal dehydrators and washing machines that are loaded from the top.It is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60335-2-7:2008 clause 21.101.1, IEC 60335-2-4 clause 21.101.
Test Principle:
The device uses an electromagnet to hold a 20 kg impact hammer. The hammer head is made of rubber with a diameter of 70 mm and a hardness of 40–50 IRHD. It is released from a height of 100 mm above the center of the lid. The hammer falls freely and impacts the lid with an energy of 20 J. After three impacts, the lid is inspected to determine whether any damage allows access to moving parts.
Technical parameters:
Control & Operation | Electromagnetic release, electric lifting |
Test Item | Washing machine top cover impact test |
Allowable Sample Size | WDH ≤ 800 × 1000 × (500–1000) mm |
Test Station | Single station |
Impact Element Release Method | Electromagnet release |
Rubber Hemisphere | Diameter 70 mm, hardness 40–50 IRHD |
Impact Element Weight | 20 kg |
Drop Height | 100 mm |
