Comprehensive Safety Testing System for European Standard AC/DC EV Charging Connectors

 

 

Product overview:

 

This testing system primarily checks the functionality of AC and DC guns meeting Chinese, European, and American standards. Each gun can be assigned a unique QR code, and test results are automatically saved to a report. Passing results can be printed. All functions are automatically tested in one go.

This system is highly efficient and labor-saving, making it suitable for full batch inspections in factories.

 

Test Contents:

 

  • Test each wire for breakage, continuity, short circuit, and incorrect wiring sequence.
  • Test main line continuity resistance.
  • Test internal resistors (including pushbuttons in both pressed and unpressed states).
  • Test electronic lock function.
  • Test inter-wire insulation.
  • Test inter-wire withstand voltage.
  • Test thermocouple wires.

  • Power input: Single-phase AC 220V/50Hz;
  • Air supply input: 0.6MPa;
  • Control system: PLC + industrial computer;
  • Computer integration with an MES system (optional, additional cost);
  • Data is input into the computer using a scanner. The device comes with a scanner that can scan barcodes on the product under test. Before testing, scan the barcode or QR code on the product. After the test, the scanned barcode can be associated with the test record, allowing subsequent test data traceability.
  • The device uses PLC input and output to scan and detect wire breaks, continuity, short circuits, and wire sequence misalignment. The PLC automatically determines whether the test is qualified after the test is completed.
  • Built-in resistance test range: 1-5000Ω, with an accuracy of 1%.
  • Set the upper and lower limit values to determine whether the resistor is good.
