Product information:

This equipment is designed to test the performance of products in rainy climate conditions, simulating storage, transportation, and usage environments. It is mainly used for electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts. The equipment checks the physical properties and performance of these products under simulated rainy conditions. After testing, the product's performance is evaluated to determine if it meets required standards, helping with product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspections. Can meet IPX5 and IPX6 protection levels

Design Principle:

A water tank is set at the bottom. Water is pumped and pressurized by a stainless steel water pump inside the right control box and then sent to the nozzle of the side water spray pipe device. The nozzle sprays water horizontally onto the samples on the turntable and then scatters into the water tank, thus forming a water circulation system. The water pump outlet is designed with control components such as flow meter, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, etc. A waterproof turntable is installed in the inner box, and the speed is controlled on the panel.
