1. Vibration Table Body A11S24
1.1 Moving coil
The vibrating table is equipped with cast and manually machined moving coils, optoelectronic load support system and dual bearing axial guidance. Dual bearing guidance is a unique feature that helps reduce dynamic axial crossing and rotation during vibration testing for superior durability.
1.2 Excitation coil
Double magnetic circuit structure, low flux leakage, uniform magnetic field.
1.3 body surface
Using advanced phosphating treatment and car paint technology, it has long-term anti-wear and anti-rust effects.
1.4 Table refrigeration:
Adopt low-noise fans and improve the air intake structure of the table body. The excitation coil adopts a honeycomb air duct, and the middle magnetic ring adopts a double-layer shunt air duct. A new air duct design is adopted to enhance the cooling effect.
2. LA Digital Switching Power Amplifier
LA series digital switching power amplifier adopts reliable MOSFET or IGBT technology:

3. Servo protection system

4. Vertical expansion platform
The extension platform is usually used as a platform for larger mounting specimens, and can be square or round or user-defined. 5. Horizontal sliding platform

6. Photoelectric automatic centering system

7. Digital vibration controller
Vibration controller adopts advanced distributed structure system. The closed-loop control is realized by the DSP processor, and the PC is independent from the control loop. It ensures the real-time and high efficiency of the control system. It can respond to any changes in the test system in a timely and rapid manner. Ensure the stability and high precision of the control. The hardware adopts a 32-bit floating-point DSP processor with a main frequency of up to 300MHz and an ADC/DAC with a 24-bit resolution. Low-noise design technology with high-precision floating-point digital filtering and hardware circuits. The controller randomly controls the dynamic range to be greater than 90dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than 100dB.
