Product Information:
This mechanical shock tester is mainly suitable for shock resistance tests in the fields of electronic products, aerospace, shipbuilding, defense sectors, automotive parts, transportation, etc.
By selecting different waveform generators, half-sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave or square wave Shock tests can be performed.
The system meets industry testing standards such as GB/T2423-2008, GJB150, IEC-68-2-27, and U.S. industrial reliability standards like MIL-STD-202F, MIL-STD-810F, and MIL-STD-883E. (Note: MIL standards refer to widely adopted reliability protocols.
Main Performance:
1. This equipment adopts hydraulic lifting and high-pressure oil brake free-fall shock machine.
2. This equipment adopts gas-liquid pressurization and strong friction brake to prevent secondary shock braking.
3. Shock measuring instrument: single-channel data acquisition. It can simultaneously perform acceleration data measurement, storage, report printing, data callback, database management and other functions of two channels.

3. Lifting height control
The lifting height is measured by the photoelectric encoder assembly installed on the base. Photoelectric encoder measurement has the advantages of high precision, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. It ensures the repeatability of shock.
4. Braking system
Adopts pneumatic braking. The strong friction brake and anti-secondary shock braking function can brake quickly and reliably. Prevent secondary rebound.
5. Buffer system

Analysis Functions:
1. Shock waveform transient capture
Transient capture helps you get single or multiple pulses. The system automatically analyzes the peak value, pulse width, velocity change, head injury index HIC and other data of the shock pulse. Automatically match the captured pulse waveform to the ideal waveform and compare the deviation between the two.
2. Shock response spectrum analysis
Shock response spectrum analysis can evaluate the potential damage caused by the impact. Provide a basis for designing the impact resistance of products. The system performs SRS analysis on each shock pulse and compares the deviation between the actual SRS and the target SRS.
3. Other analyses
Force deformation analysis, shock response demonstration, rotation shock analysis and other necessary analyses in shock tests. Force deformation analysis calculates the force peak, deformation peak, energy, efficiency, etc. generated by the pulse. Shock response demonstration provides tools for learning shock response spectrum. Rotation shock analysis is used for rotary shock machines or other rotary control events.
