IEC 60601-2-52 IPX3/4 Oscillating Tube Rain Test System For Medical Electrical Equipment Test

 

Product Information:

 

1. Standard: conform to YY9706.252-2021 clause 201.11.6.5.101, IEC60601-2-52:2009, IEC60598-1:2014, IEC60529:2013.

 

2. Samples and restrictions: electrical and electronic products, automobile and motorcycle parts, household appliances, communication products, outdoor lighting and signaling devices and other products.

 

3. Application: test whether electronic and electrical products, automobile and motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a water-spraying environment. The purpose is to verify the protective performance of the product's shell when exposed to water at IPX3 and IPX4 levels.

 

4. Test principle: by controlling the water supply flow to ensure that the water spray reaches the standard required speed, the test equipment can be splashed in all directions of the sample shell.

 

5. Equipment structure and characteristics: This device consists of a swing tube mechanism and an electrical control cabinet. One end of the swing tube mechanism is hung on the wall, and the other end is fixed on the floor support frame. It is driven by a motor to swing left and right. The load turntable has a speed of 1r/min so that all sides of the sample are affected by rain. It is equipped with a water filtration and cleaning device to prevent the pinhole is clogged. This system has an open structure.
