Product Information:

 

This circuit breaker test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements provided by customers. It complies with the national standards of IEC 60898-1 clause 9.10/ GB10963.1-2005 clause 9.10, GB14048.1-2006 clause 7.2.1, and JB/T8979-2006 clause 8.13.

 

It can test the delayed tripping characteristics of the circuit breaker: that is, apply 1.13 times, 1.45 times, and 2.55 times the rated current to test whether it trips within the specified time.

It can also test the instantaneous tripping characteristics of the circuit breaker, that is, apply 3~20 times the rated current to test whether it trips within the specified time.

It is suitable for online pre-delivery testing of molded case circuit breakers and small circuit breakers. It is a necessary equipment for electrical performance testing of circuit breaker manufacturers. This equipment has the functions of fast product installation, automatic testing, and automatic judgment.

 

The equipment box is assembled with high-quality aluminum alloy steel, the plate is sprayed with metal, and the surface is sprayed with anti-static, anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a panel, a power switch, and wire ends of various specifications (for delayed tripping test). The equipment is reasonably designed, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and beautiful in appearance.

 

Test method:

This testing equipment adopts the principle of low voltage and high current output, uses the internal high current isolation transformer to output current, sets the current size through the touch screen to control the constant current source, and the constant current source controls the transformer primary input voltage size to adjust the output current size. It has the function of automatically stabilizing the current. The test time is set through the touch screen display and compared with the test trip time to judge the quality of the circuit breaker.

Technical Parameters:

 

1. Constant temperature chamber:

  • The constant temperature chamber is combined with the test machine to maintain the temperature: room temperature ~ 50 degrees, temperature resolution 0.1 degrees, temperature stability ± 1 degree.

 

2. Delay tripping parameters:

  • Output AC voltage: 0~5V;
  • Output current path: 1 path, multi-P circuit breaker contacts are connected in series to test several switches;

4. Temperature rise test:

  • When the circuit breaker is under normal working conditions and tested according to the specified conditions, the temperature rise of each component shall not exceed the limit value specified in Table 7;
  • The circuit breaker should not be damaged to affect its function or safe use;
  • 8-way temperature measurement, temperature resolution 0.1 degree;
  • Wires for temperature rise test: 1, 1.5, 2, .5, 4, 6, 10, each specification is 1 meter long, 5 pieces each;
  • Wires for temperature rise test: 16, 25, 50, each specification is 2 meters long, 5 pieces each;
  • Special glue for temperature rise: 1 bottle;
  • Glue dissolving water: 1 bottle;
