Purpose of the test: For the measurement of the pressure generated when the enclosure of a battery-operated appliance containing a monolithic battery using metal ion chemistry withstands the battery during a fault, and to verify the enclosure strength of the battery case.
Test principle: Use the booster pump to boost the pressure, monitor and feedback the pressure value in real time through the pressure sensor connected to the pipeline, and the control system controls the electric valve, pressure regulating valve and other components, so that the initial pressure of the sample reaches 2070kPa±10 %. Then inject the air volume required by the standard from the orifice with a diameter of 2.85±0.05mm through the mechanism, and then drop it below 70kPa within 30s.
