Product Information For Bottom Concavity Measurement Instrument:
The Cookware Bottom Concavity Measurement Instrument complies with EN 12983-1:2020, annex Q.2.11. It is used to measure the concavity of the bottom of the pot (thermal shock deformation).

A. Dial indicator accuracy 0.01mm
B. Measuring diameter range φ100mm~φ300mm
C. Measuring support point:
For round bottom utensil: Measure two perpendicular diameters
For non-round bottom utensil: Measure the largest and the smallest diameter
D. Measuring point: A diameter of a circle of 10mm diameter centered on the bottom of the pot.
Test Procedures and Operation For Bottom Concavity Measurement Instrument:
A. Adjust the support foot to the diameter position and fix it, and, Set the dial indicator to zero when it is on a flat surface
B. The test device is placed in the pot to test the concavity of heating deformation.
Note: for non-pan, it is not necessary to set the dial indicator to zero in advance
