IEC60335-1 Pin Torque Test Apparatus For Function Of Force Borne By Detection Device

 

Standards and Application For Pin Torque Test Apparatus:

 

The device conforms to IEC60065:2014 clause 15.4.3 b) and c), IEC60950, IEC 60335, etc.

It is used to verify the securement of devices with pins for insertion into fixed sockets.

The device has good sensitivity, convenient adjustment, simple operation, beautiful appearance, and strong practicality.

 

Technical Parameters For Pin Torque Test Apparatus:

 

1. Weight: 4N one, 20N two, 50N one, can be used to achieve 40, 50, 54, 70N pull force. 50N weight can be used for torque weight

2. Torque arm: 8mm

3. Pull test needs to support high temperature oven (the oven should be prepared by user).

 

Test Principle For Pin Torque Test Apparatus:

 

1. Clamp the sample plug with the sample fixture.

2. Loosen the fixing screws on the back of the fixture, and adjust the clamp up, down, left and right so that the plug pin and plug pin fixture are on a horizontal centerline.

3. Insert the plug pin fixture into the plug pin and tighten the screw on the fixture.

4. Hang up the pull force weight according to the standard, start the 1min pull force test, and remove the weight after the time is up.

5. Hang up the 50N weight on the torque line to apply a 0.4N·M torque force to the sample, and start 1min torque test.

6. After the test is completed, remove the sample to observe whether the plug pin is damaged according to the standard.
