This test chamber conforms to standards of IEC60068-2-11, it is required by IEC 62368-1:2018 clause Y.3.
It is used to verify the corrosion resistance of iron metal or the iron metal inorganic film or organic film test, such as: electroplating, anode processing, conversion coating, painting, etc. It is one of the test equipment for "three prevention" (humidity, heat, salt fog, mould) of artificial climate environment. It is an important test equipment for studying the environmental adaptability and reliability of machinery, national defense industry, light industry, electronics, instrumentation and other industries.
1. Test chamber is made of corrosion resistant, high temperature aging resistance and high strength P.V.C, suitable for salt spray and copper acetate tests.
2. The controllers are on the same panel and easy to be operated.
3. Adopts automatic/manual watering system, which can automatically replenish the water level when the water level is insufficient, the test will not be interrupted. The test system will give out insufficient water level warnings to ensure safe use.
4. The precision glass nozzle (PYREX) is made of special glass. The mist spreads evenly and naturally fall on the test piece. It can be used continuously for 4,200 hours and ensure no crystal salt blockage.
5. With double over-temperature protection function, warning displayed when over-temperature, and heater power cut off, to ensure safe use
6. The inlet temperature controller uses PID control, digital display, with an error of ±0.1 °C.
7. The test chamber adopts direct steam heating method, the heating rate is fast and uniform, and the standby time is reduced. The heating tube is made of high corrosion-resistant titanium tube.
8. The spray tower is equipped with a cone disperser, which guides the mist, adjusts the amount of fog and evenly reduces the amount of fog.
9. The saturated air bucket uses Henry's law, processes heating and humidifying, and provides the required humidity. The material is SUS#304 stainless steel with the best thermal insulation effect, with visual connector and drain switch, easy for observing the inside water level and cleaning the saturated air tank.
10. With automatic defogging device, which is easy for observing the test sample in the test tank clearly.
11. The mist seals the water tank, and the chamber uses a water seal to prevent the mist from leaking out.
12. The test chamber sealing cover is made of P.V.C polyvinyl chloride plates. It adopts pneumatic cylinder automatic lifting mode, which is convenient, safe and reliable.
13. The inlet timer adopts digital display, and the timing is accurate. It can be set in sections (H, M, S.), time range is adjustable from 0.01 seconds to 9999 hours.
14. Sample basket adopts flat indexing frame, the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, the fogging on the four sides and the direction of the fog are completely the same, the test pieces can be placed in a large number.
