The refrigerated storage cabinets door drawer open and close test equipment is designed and manufactured according to EN 16825:2016 standard and customer customized requirements, it is used for the durability test of the vertical door of the vertical refrigerated storage cabinets, and also used for the door opening and closing actions in conjunction with the energy consumption test. It is a dedicated fully automated test equipment, suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories and other testing departments.
This equipment adopts PLC intelligent control and standard color LCD touch screen, it is equipped with position adjustable actuators and vacuum suction cups to absorb the surface of door. The test angle, speed, and door opening and closing time can be preset, so as to truly simulate the opening and closing actions, achieving an intelligent control method and multiple functions in one machine.

Working principle and equipment structure
Working principle
The opening and closing of the door adopts a double-cylinder structure, the opening action is completed by one cylinder, and the closing action is completed by another cylinder. The opening cylinder is softly connected to the vacuum suction cup, and the closing mechanism has an angle limit function.
Equipment Structure
It adopts column structure, it is equipped with a two-station door opening and closing column structure. Each column contains one set of door opening and closing mechanisms, which can meet the test of a refrigerated storage cabinet with one vertical door in two vertical directions. The structure can be customized according to client's specimen's types and quantities.
