This equipment is designed to provide adjustable load voltage, current, and power factor for testing mechanical and electrical contact systems. It is ideal for conducting switching capacity and endurance tests on switches used in household and similar fixed electrical installations. Additionally, it is well-suited for performing breaking capacity and operating life tests on household plugs and sockets, as well as electrical stress tests for lamps and other related applications.

Working Principle:
The load cabinet delivers a three-phase power output with corresponding three-phase load input, offering selectable load types including resistive, inductive, or capacitive (fluorescent lamp simulation) loads, or a combination of the three.

  • Load current range: 8–130A, adjustable manually

  • Output voltage range: AC 10–400V, adjustable manually

  • Power factor range: 0.3–0.999, electrically adjustable

The equipment features a streamlined design, optimized structure, and user-friendly operation, making it an excellent solution for laboratories and production environments requiring flexible and precise load testing.

 

 

Features:

 

The load cabinet features an integrated steel frame structure combined with Toyota white sealed panels for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The upper front section houses the control interface, which includes the main power switch, digital displays for output current, voltage, and power factor, load power switch, various status indicators, start/stop buttons, capacitance selection switch, load type selector, and alarm indicators, among others.

 

The lower panel is equipped with dedicated adjustment knobs for voltage, current, and inductance control across each channel, allowing precise and flexible operation. Each load cabinet is designed with three-in-one functionality, supporting resistive, inductive, and capacitive (fluorescent lamp simulation) loads, easily switched via the integrated selector.

 

Internally, the cabinet utilizes a high-efficiency forced air cooling system to ensure stable operation during prolonged testing. Connection terminals are provided at the rear and lower sections of the cabinet, facilitating direct connection to switch, plug, and socket life testing systems. During operation, the cabinet delivers adjustable current, voltage, and power output to meet diverse testing requirements.
