It is designed to test the time-delay tripping characteristics of circuit breakers by applying 1.13, 1.45, and 2.55 times the rated current to verify whether tripping occurs within the specified time range.
It is also capable of testing the instantaneous tripping performance by applying 3 to 20 times the rated current to determine if the breaker responds within the required time limits.
This equipment is particularly suitable for online pre-shipment testing of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) and miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), making it an essential solution for electrical performance verification in circuit breaker production lines.

Test Method:
This testing equipment adopts the principle of low voltage and high current output, uses the internal high current isolation transformer to output current, sets the current size through the touch screen to control the constant current source, and the constant current source controls the transformer primary input voltage size to adjust the output current size. It has the function of automatically stabilizing the current. The test time is set through the touch screen display and compared with the test trip time to judge the quality of the circuit breaker.
